No welding required.
Assembly instructions for motor elevationset
Make 4 holes (35-40 mm deep) for the full floating axle using a 14.5 mm drill.
Cut a thread (26 mm deep) in the block using a M16 x 1.5 screw tap.
Screw-in the four M12 / L22 threaded inserts (included in the scope of supply) on the inner side (up to 4mm below the upper edge of the motor housing) and fix with a screw locking liquid e.g. Loctite 270.
Fix the elevation set on the housing with hexagonal screws and verify the width; nominal width = 190 mm. If required, polish and smoothen out the interfering weld seams on the inner side of the frame.
Now, mount the motor in the frame.
Depending upon the model, one of the four original spacer sleeves (no longer required afterwards) on the left side between the frame and motor is approx.3 mm longer. Adjust this distance at the corresponding point.
Screw-in the four M12x1.5 hexagonal screws up to 60mm and tighten them with the tightening torques given in the manual.
The assembly MUST be carried out by an experienced specialty shop.
