After piston seizures or extensive wear it is possible (in a lot of cases) to overhaul Nikasil-cylinders,by re-honing.
We offer oversize pistons in A, B or C.
The optimal piston-cylinder clearance is then achieved and the cylinder is re-usable again to 100%.

For all R 80 Nikasil cylinders B = 84,77 mm from 1981 on.
For all R80 Nikasil cylinders C = 84,78mm from 1981 on.
For all R80 Nikasil cylinders A = 84,76 mm from 1981 on.
